Every time I come here, there is always a familiar face which is awesome. Don?t know her name but she is always polite and efficient. Also my son and I always get the strawberry whirl and strawberry wild and she always marks them to let us know whichis which. Awesome staff and awesome place!

Understaffed; only 2 girls running around. They forgot my order and I had already waited in a line of just 3 people for 20 minutes.

Jun 2 2022 noon wow way to hustle one woman on cash wrap and blenders always great seeing Emily and crew consistently helpful service. at counter jamba team member was new took time to customize green tea matcha blast (miss discontinued lemonsqueeze) lemonade instead of soy milk lime sherbet instead of plain fro yo lobby packed with customers yet team stayed calm andprofessional and made green tea matcha blast as well for sister sticker made easy to distinguish between the two ?????????????

15 minute wait for a smoothie. 2 people in front of me. Might as well drive to the Fremont location to get your smoothie. Would probably be faster

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!!!! The employees clearly do not care and have made my drink wrong multiple times. Most locations are super good about making drinks correctly but this one is not. The last time I asked for no strawberries anddouble asked when I got my drink and there were still strawberries in my drink. Thankfully I only had a small sip so my reactionwas mild but I would never trust this location with allergens again. The employees don?t make your order ahead drink until afteryou show up and I?ve had my drink made wrong every time. I won?t be able to shop here again.
