Jaipur - Freiburg

Nice relaxed atmosphere with authentic decorations. Staff was friendly but you have to call him to get his attention . If you don't call waiting time can be long. It is a different culture though do it is not rude to.call. Menu choices were nothing too unknown, also vegetarian options. Food was delicious and well seasoned. We had chicken Tikka masala and chicken in a spinach sauce. The garlic naan was very good could but could have had more garlic. I would recommend it for a nice casual dinner or lunch.

This climbing Everest business, getting those five stars. Spent a few minutes thinking excellent or just very good. Was it close or what. If it were football the score line would read 4-3. As it is it gets four stars. This is a very good curry house. Polite attentive staff know what they are doing, the food is definitely flavourful and authentic and they are using very fresh ingredients. Variety is good though no real innovative signature dish stood out. Just a few more steps and I would have given this place the five stars. No mention of phall on the menu, proper spicy must be requested! Certainly worth a detour.

Excellent restaurant indien, tous les plats sont délicieux et bien servis. Les naans ail/paneer sont exceptionnels. En plus, il y a une jolie terrasse très calme, dans une cour intérieure. Le service est aimable est efficace. Les prix sont tout à fait corrects (95 Euro pour 4 personnes).

I still don't know where the main entrance is to Jaipur we sort came by a side door and went out that way Never mind the food is first class and you can see the chef cooking you order it tasted delicious and well priced .i felt students eat in a courtyard on benches and regulars inside

Ich bin so lange nicht indisch essen gewesen, weil es in meinen beiden Heimatstädten Münster und Bonn keine wirklich guten Inder gibt. Bei einer Durchreise bin ich in Freiburg auf dieses tolle indische Restaurant gestoßen. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants betören einen die Gerüche. Die sehr freundlich Bedienung in dem schönen und nicht sehr kitschigen (!) Restaurant hilft einem durch die üppig bestückte Speisekarte. Unsere Gerichte waren von hervorragender Qualität und frisch zubereitet. Das Aroma der Zutaten war unglaublich. Fisch und Fleisch waren von sehr guter Qualität. Da muss ich wohl künftig öfters nach Freiburg kommen!
