Enoteca - Freiburg

Very fine Italian cuisine to get out all those who complain about too small portions, not understood the principles of Italian and French cuisine. they eat several walks. the pasta main dish was perfect for me. there are also matching wee.

We had reserved one table to two and were asked to enter without greeting, “what do you want here?” on our pronounced wonder the one has not been received and further communicated the impression completely undesirable. by the way, we were not in jeans or the like. we then went and will continue this underground experience broadly in the well-known solvent circle.

What many don't know: Freiburg's famous Enoteca has a small jib diagonally opposite. Deep in the basement you can expect an exellent made rustic Italian classic. In addition, exciting seasonal dishes and of course the best wines in Italy. Important to mention: Here you can expect the probably best female sommelier from Freiburg! Competent, charming, funny. Make sure to try: The delicious tramisu.

Since moving to Freiburg three years ago, this was my third visit and every single meal has been an absolute delight. One of the more posh restaurants in town, they are well worth the tab: the location is beautiful, the food and wine exquisite and...the staff has never failed to make us feel welcome and even entertained. I cannot wait till next time!
