Bidrage med feedbackHello dear Burg Coffee Team: I and my colleague have some words to say. 10 out of 10. The Ambience Top! Upstairs! However, the service is very young. You smile. Still all super charming guys and friendly girls. We like to come back. LG
The most important way forward: although it is called Schloss-Café, you cannot expect a castle café. In a person you would live, but very charismatically say, because quite everything in the outdoor area could wear a Klecks color. So if you do not expect a castle, but a student café, you will find it rustic and cozy. I only speak for the outdoor area, as we have breakfast on the terrace with magnificent views. The breakfast card is extensive. We chose the luxury version. I think she was called King Ludwig. Included in the price was a glass of champagne or optionally a glass of orange juice. The latter was unfortunately disappointing. Not only because as an alternative to champagne it is not a freshly squeezed juice (I had actually expected), but also because it really serves the cheapest Tetrapack juice. One where the concentrate powder collects on the glass bottom and draws loops. And then only a tiny glass (0.1l). This is how it continues: The reels were cheap-backware (although so many bakers bake on Sundays) and the jam was a simplest noname product. The peeling quark with fruits was very clear, but the whole breakfast was attractive. In short, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in Freiburg for the same money, but then not at such a special location with great views.
Unfortunately it is no longer recommended. We actually wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast. Quality wasn't so great. You could see that it was the cheapest Aldi products. The prices were very high compared to good cafes. The rolls were no longer freshly baked. The staff was not very friendly either. The location is nice, but I don't go there anymore....
Here everything fits: The food is super square, the service is always beautiful and beautiful, and the view is also very beautiful for Freiburg. The Lorettoberg Palace Café is in the upper category without being too expensive: it is worth every cent. For me a very good café!!!
My favorite café in Freiburg. Absolutely great. The view is wonderful. All of Freiburg is at your feet. The ascent to the cafe is a bit difficult. There is an elevator (in the mountain), but it is not very high. You have to run a little. You can eat up here, by the way. Totally romantic at sunset. Secret tip for all lovers.
