Sat for 20mins at the drive thru microphone before anyone answered horribly slow service people constantly pulling out and leaving food and drink were alright

This Dunkin? is always quick and friendly. Pick up orders are correct and even when the line is long they chug along to get you in and out. I haven?t had a bad experience.

I’ve been waiting for my mobile order for 10 minutes now, and I just can’t seem to have a good experience here. There was no one ahead of me in line or in the drive-thru, yet they had to ask me my name and order three times. I think it’s time to give up on this place.

I ordered an iced hazelnut latte but received it hot and with sugar-free hazelnut syrup, which I hadn’t requested. I also ordered an iced matcha latte, but it came with espresso added to it?

The staff is friendly, but the service tends to be very slow. I've waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru.
