Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely delicious BBQ. The family order was the perfect size for my family. We had pulled ribs, chicken, pig, and brisket and all meats were tender and tasty. The staff was polite and friendly and heated our pages for us, as usually people take an order to go the size.
I tried the cattle sauce and pulled pork and both are absolutely delicious. I love that they have sauce bottles, so you can choose how much sauce you want, and the best for me was the one that just called sharp.
Old Dominion plays softly over the outdoor loudspeakers, gas-friendly dining area, and smell of brisket and ribs in the air. PETOSA ROASTA BBQ is the best secret of Freeland Wa. If you come from the Clinton ferry or just visit Whidbey Is. You have to come by. I ordered the brisket sandwich, it came with a big hand full of Coleslaw. Like most bbq joints in WA, the price is out; but unlike most WA bbq joints they have amazing food! The galley behind the register was friendly and welcoming. The bratmaster checked me at dinner to ask me how I liked the brisket and did not fear any criticism. Without a doubt, I had no criticism of his meal. The brisket came on a brioche bungalow, roasted with a touch of butter. The meat was juicy, but it did not suck in the bungalow. And selection of well seasoned bbq sauces. And you guys, I never eat the free Coleslaw. Most joints often offer you a tasteless, runny musk. This hover was seasoned for perfection, it had the correct texture and amount of dressing. I let most of the WA BBQ joints think I spent a lot of money for this apology for bbq. I'm excited to say that I left Petosa Roasta BBQ with a big smile and a full stomach. Eager to tell my friends and family about this fantastic trailer in Freeland WA that serves some of the best BBQ on Whidbey Island!
Incredible Whidbey Island BBQ, most items sell out before the day is over so get in Quick and get some life-changing homemade Pulled Pork, Sausage, Rack-o-Ribs, Mac Cheese, etc etc!
A little playful, but worth every penny. Brisket was something of the tenderest I ever had. And great BBQ sauce!
