Bubbakoo's Burritos - Freehold

AVOID DIESER BRANCH!!! Since the change in management, the site has completely failed to maintain standards in other industries. I'm a Platinum member, which means I'm a frequent visitor of the franchise. The staff was not able to get the correct fold a burrito and not fulfill my request for a double steak, but gave me a single to leave as a double. I am a big fan of Bubbakoo's, but this Freehold industry has lost its way and the patronage of this customer. The fact that my visit ended with me throwing my garbage and a group of flies out of the garbage container. Bubbakoo's headquarters stop and see if this is the representation you want. Jackson and Hazlet are great. UPDATE: Email Customer Service twice and have not received any reply. You just have to keep the franchises on a standard. So let me know if you really want to improve this branch by responding. Or not. Your choice.

Its an amazing place to have food. I usually order quesdillas with steak and shrimp. I couldn't resist myself to order more for my friends. The new management and staff is so friendly and more focused on cleanliness. Food is so unresistable that all of my friends go there after school.

Food was alright but my bowl was so small ordered a single steak got like 4/5 pieces of steaks. Ordered an empanada it was good but it was apple and I asked for beef. Crew was very disorganized. And there was like 5 people working there and is should have been more organized.

We were there for the second time today, took chicken burrito bowls for the family for dinner. At 6:30 PM they were running short on basic things like rice, lattice, guacamole. What I got in my bowl was scratched rice from the base, I asked the person making my bowl thrice to refill but he purposefully ignored me. Very rude staff totally lack basic courtesy. Ordered fries he got them for the kitchen in about 5 mins but made me wait for another 10 when I asked him are fires ready he said NO. And then after 10 mins game me the same box.. Don?t know who owns this place but surely they don?t want to do business here .. this one is absolutely out of my list .. Mediocre food served by horrible staff.
