Ledo Pizza - Fredrick

3/01/24, 5:40 pm we came in, got seated right away, got our menus, drinks and order in, all right away, all is good. Well that’s where it all ended. We waited and watch 2 families order and receive their meals that came in 5 10 minutes after us before we even got our appetizer, ok it happens. It was getting busy and it happens. Our server never came back once to refill drinks or even check up on us before or after us getting our appetizer. They finally bring our food out 1 at a time but except for of one orders. We say something to our server and he proceeds to tell us that they missed our order even though it was on the ticket. He said that he would push the order though asap……yeah 20 mins later still no order. There was a large group that came in 20 minutes after us that took all the attention of the staff but the doesn’t explain why we waited on our food for so long and why we had such a lack of service even before then. There was even a gentlemen and his 2 kids that sat down shortly after us that never even got menus until after 20 mins of sitting and then calling out to one of the servers. So after waiting a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes and not getting all of our food, I went and expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager. I pointed out to her at everyone that have been waiting patiently for service that her staff seem to have forgotten about because of this large group that came in. She did apologize, remove the meal we never gotten and probably gave us discount. Ledos staff really dropped the ball this evening.Oh and they burnt my son’s garlic bread….

Terrible service. They put bacon on my chicken pizza and basically told me there’s nothing they can do even after I mentioned I will bring the pizza back. Whoever is running this franchise is an

I have always liked Ledos Pizza, but the location off Rt 26 in Frederick, MD is the best location I have been to. The food was fresh and hot. The order accuracy was 100%. The server was pleasant. We took my niece here as a reward after her bands concert.

We got a ground beef and onion pizza which was delicious and a meat lovers calzone and a chicken calzone.

Their wings are probably the largest in town. We also got a steak cheese and salad, both were top notch. And their Mozz sticks are unparalleled.
