Everything is FRESH and made from Amish recipes. Seriously it's hard to pick a favorite. Pies, donuts, muffins, breakfast items, ham rolls on the weekends, breads white, rye, fruit. Miriam's Bakery is a must if you're in the area or passing through. Awesome staff. Owner is there to answer questions. You can even order ahead. AWESOME addition to Fredonia!!

Awesome bakery, Miriam is very generous and kind, as is her staff. And her food quality is outstanding.

My absolute favorite bakery. All real ingredients. No chemicals or preservatives. Just like grandma would make. Always amazing choices. Great prices. I will never buy donuts or cookies from a chain store again. It is seriously so comforting to buy cookies with 5 ingredients. I will recommend this bakery every chance I get.

When it came time to pack our order, they boxed everything up without a word—no goodbye, no hope to see us again, nothing. I really can’t understand the hype around this place. I finally tried the cinnamon roll that my friend had been praising, and while it was decent, I’ve certainly had better. I also specifically requested a custard-filled Long John, but when I took a bite, I found it was filled with cream instead, which was quite unappetizing. Overall, I would advise skipping this bakery; there are many better options nearby with much friendlier service.
