The food was mediocre; the fresh vegetables were the only highlight. However, the server rolled their eyes at me a couple of times, and all I did was place a straightforward order. I also can't wrap my head around how you can make falafel without sesame seed or tahini dressing. Honestly, it didn’t taste authentic at all. I can't believe these pita places are so cheap - it seems the corporate management doesn't understand what a real falafel is supposed to be. I'm done with this place and won't be returning. Just to clarify, a proper falafel should come with hummus and genuine tahini dressing.

I placed a $500 order for pickup for a group of workers who have been putting in long hours. They were counting on this lunch. Just 35 minutes before the scheduled pickup, I received a call saying they would need another hour and a half to two hours. So basically, this means after their lunch break was over. I asked them to prioritize my order and just prepare it. When I arrived at the store, I gave them additional time, and at that point, they said maybe an extra 30 minutes. However, it still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, I watched as they continued to take and fill other orders while putting mine aside as new customers came in. I am extremely disappointed; not only have they let me down, but they've also let down the 25 people who missed their lunch. To top it off, the reason I was given for the delay was that they didn't see the order when they came in, even though I had placed it online and paid before they even opened. If they can't handle that volume of orders, they shouldn't be accepting them. Their own app allowed me to select pickup times, some even earlier than I chose. This is a complete failure!
