Jubilee Super Buffet - Fredericton

We were addressed here after our first choice fell through (reservation for a buffet? and we had set our hearts on the Asian buffet. For the most part, this place has not disappointed! Okay, all the buffets have one or two things that nobody gets and it goes cold or dry. It happens. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. First sign it was a good time to be there — several cars parked outside! It was busy, but not so much that you needed a reservation or should wait! Secondly, the staff was friendly and excited that we were there. Thirdly, they had a good selection of ducks and desserts. The unforgettable dishes I had include the hot sour soup more on the acid side, but quite dared near excellent! I had a full bowl! Next was recommended — Singapore Grilled Noodles. It had a sharp after burning effect and has grilled shrimp! I also enjoyed the Shanghai Noodles with pork a thicker noodle. They also have chicken balls and sweet and sour pork. At $17.95, great service, no waiting times, good choices and delicious dishes, I must thank that other place is too busy! This is our Asian buffet from now on.

Thank you very much for the wonderful all-you-can-eat, buffet to the table, lunch that you made available to me today. The experience was especially and so much better than I could imagine. The fried dishes such as chicken balls, lemon chicken, spring rolls and sweet and acidic pigs were all served so hot, so crisp, so irresistible. Beef and broccoli were so fresh and tasty. They still make the best roasted rice, egg rolls and honey garlic substitute ribs known to man. The best part was the speed that all these joys were delivered.

Jubliee has done it right since I remember. The bad reviews I see here do not reflect at all my experiences I have eaten there for over 10 years. It really got better and it didn't even have to get better. They have a wide selection for the buffet and they serve huge portions during delivery. It is always fresh, always very tasteful and the people who own the restaurant are beautiful people. Jubilee is a hidden gem that drowns for some reason in bad reviews. I'm really confused because I always have an amazing meal at a very good price.

An important tip: You are looking for a tourist coach! If you want to go to Jubilee for a dinner buffet, see if there is one or two tourist coaches parking outside. The dinning room can be overcrowded and you can wait to sit, but with a group of tourists in the restaurant means that you have guaranteed a great dinner. There is a great variety and continuous supply of food served hot and tasty.

The 7-day Tour East Bus trip that I'm traveling on stopped here; we have 50 tourists in our group. It's a meal stop so only a quickie review. The $325 meal plan includes 6 lunches and 6 dinners of which this restaurant is one of the venues. The Fredericton location is nice, clean, and the food choices were good. Food quality was average; many hot items tasted over cooked. Service was excellent as they cleared the used plates quickly. Overall rating is 3.5 but only 3 stars.
