Freddy's Waffle Station - Fredericton

My little one really enjoys cake or similar treats, but she's not a fan of pancakes. We recently went to a place known for Belgian waffles, and she didn't like those either. However, when I brought her here, she ended up eating more than half of her waffle and finished the rest at home! I absolutely love this spot! The waffles are both crispy and soft, with a fantastic variety of flavors, from savory to sweet. My favorite is the Musella banana strawberry topped with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate – it’s pure heaven!

This is an intriguing and charming spot to indulge in any time of day. They offer a range of exotic waffle combinations that are surprisingly delicious. It’s definitely a must-visit in downtown!

Even something as simple as the breakfast waffle has a lot of surprising and unusual flavours, and is very well balanced. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Great place overall, can't figure out why it isn't more packed over lunch.
