Buffet Express - Fredericton

Decided to go back to our buffet before renovations, sadly disappointed very little food and what was there was cold ,only one person there the whole time we were there. when we showed up one of the hostess was on her phone in parking lot . every time I looked at front entrance she was on phone and other one was working really sad about price change I thought closed so long for construction in kitchen and food ends up tasting worse . too bad I cant see them staying open if it continues. just my thoughts and thinking that i should share them with you

I've given this place a better review in the past but I've been disappointed at least 3 times out of the 6 or 7 visits I've been there. The other visits were great but the restaurant has no consistency. I can't recommend it unfortunately.

We stopped going about a year ago due to the food not being filled properly in time for the supper menu. When they would run out of a dish it would take like 30 minutes to get filled again. So we stopped going. Thought we would try it again, well you don't have to worry about that no more. Because there is no people going and the food has the leftover taste. I cook and know that most of that was far from fresh. The deserts where so dry due to sitting there for so long, that we could not eat it. The only thing that looked good was the ribs. But it has some sauce on it that was awfull, almost like rosemary sauce. We all could not eat it. I think they do that so people don't eat much of it. But anywho stopped going before and not going back. For $110 for 4 people you can do way better for somewhat less too...

I really enjoyed this buffet. We were there as soon as the doors opened for supper hours and can't really complain about anything we ate. There was a wide variety of items to choose from and very quick to replenish items when they got low. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean and well furnished. Really enjoyed this restaurant first time here and certainly won't be the last. Thanks.

This used to be mine and my son's favourite place to go. We went last night after reopening and the food wasn't as nearly as good as it used to be and they jacked up the prices. Might as well pay the extra $5 and go to the dip :
