Quickway Hibachi - Fredericksburg

Regarding the atmosphere, it's a fast-casual restaurant with ample seating options.

The food lacked flavor, and the sauce was too thin. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Truthfully, the hostess at the front was a bit cheeky, but I get it—it was late, and we walked in about 45 minutes before closing time. After my workout, I had a strong desire for sushi, but all the other places were closed, so we chose this one. My husband ordered the hibachi shrimp (with no vegetables), and I opted for the shrimp tempura, which came with 8 pieces for $17, not including tax. The food was delicious and definitely more budget-friendly than a meal at Chick-fil-A or McDonald's. We'll definitely be returning!

I wanted to share my experience from today, which sadly wasn't great at Quickway. The salmon tasted a bit old, and the YumYum sauce resembled mayonnaise rather than the usual sauce. I ordered the Salmon Avocado sushi roll, but it lacked the freshness I remember. That said, this place is usually fantastic. I suspect there were some new staff members working today, as I've had much better chicken and salmon here before. I really love Quickway, and I'm just sharing my thoughts on today’s visit. I’ll definitely be back in the future for another try!

The food is outstanding, and the restaurant is spotlessly clean, including the kitchen. The staff is well-groomed and professional, wearing masks and gloves to ensure safety. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable.
