Juan More Taco Fxbg - Fredericksburg

Visited on September 9, 2022. The food was okay, but the customer service was two stars. The Carne Asada needed more seasoning and the dish could have used more veggies. When I asked for salsa, the cashier kept pointing to the hot sauce on the table. But don't you sell chips and salsa? She gave me 2 cups of Verde salsa, said that's all they had, and then walked away.

I finally made the decision to try out the plant-based options at this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The tacos were amazing and incredibly fresh. The tacodillas were exceptional, I'm not sure how they managed to melt the cheese that way but it was delicious. The street corn was phenomenal and the chips were incredibly tasty. Overall, one of the best dining experiences I have had in this town!

Not a place where you will find or taste traditional Mexican cuisine. Juan More Taco is definitely an fancy Tex Mex place. One of the tacos I ordered was extremely salty and I was only able to take one bite of it. I can appreciate the corn tortillas and the loaded nachos were good. Other then that I was not impressed, the staff was kind. The food did not have an authentic flavor and the value was not equal to the dollar sign based on the taste alone. The portion is decent

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the inviting atmosphere of warmth and positivity. The friendly smile of the staff and the delicious aroma hinted at the amazing culinary experience to come. I ordered a variety of tacos on corn tortillas, with the birria being a standout favorite. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone who has not yet had the pleasure of dining here.

Definitely I do not Juan More Taco from this place after the first visit. I never get two mini street corns and received completely wrong taco (All three of them). Person who took the order was totally not focused and appeared to be under some kind of influence (probably weed). Food was mediocre. Never going back. Waste of time and money.
