This restaurant is a little hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food tasted. I have to admit, I was judging the place initially. It may look like a typical small-town bar, but the food has a big-city flavor. I was very impressed. The only downside was that I ordered my steak medium-well and it came out closer to medium rare. It was still red inside, not even pink.

This restaurant offers customizable 1/2 pound burgers, starting with a thick bacon base. They have a variety of toppings to choose from to satisfy your cravings, including Wisconsin cheese curds served with ranch dressing. Located just off Main Street on a side street, it can get busy but also features live music. The interior has a cozy country bar restaurant vibe. I had a great experience at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken fried steak and was happy to see they had a smaller portion option instead of a huge plate-sized steak. It was a bit expensive, but definitely worth the price. I would definitely come back here again. The waitstaff was also excellent.

First time here staff was friendly but service was slow just to get our drink order over 10 min. But once we got service they were prompt to asking if we needed anything. Had the burger have to say it's enough for two and it was good. Fries were okaynothing to them. My girl had the country fried steak was not all that lack in flavor. Onion rings were good. Would go back totry something different, do recommend the burger and onion rings.

Our server Neal was soooo friendly and welcoming!!! I was really excited after seeing such good reviews and pics on Google, but honestly this place fell short for us. We unfortunately were not super impressed with the food. Their claim to fame was the hugechicken fried steak they have and we were sold. However, it was not all that in flavor... Size yes, but not flavor. I thinkit was the cook's preparation of the food bc when my husband sent his side of potatoes and onions back, the server agreed thatthey were not well made. He replaced it with a baked potato that was hot, fresh, and well loaded! My chicken was, justchicken... No seasoning whatsoever. The vegetables were cooked well, but again no seasoning. My husband said the rolls wererock hard. Would we return? Probably for apps, salads, or a quick burger, but I wouldn't waste money on any specialty dishes(such as chicken fried steak, steaks, etc. here.
