Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

It took us 25 minutes to get our food from the drive through. They said they only had 4 people on staff. The last time we were at this location it took just as long when we went in and it wasn?t busy. Our concretes are melted when given to us, no straws, no napkins, no spoons. Someone came out and asked if we?d been given our drinks at least before being asked to park and wait, we said no and it was another 10 minutes before we saw anyone else. We couldn?t go in and get anything or talk to anyone because they?d locked the doors to the restaurant.

Freddy's First time here and I was very impressed, The environment was amazing and clean, The Staff was friendly and helpful and choosing what to order, I ordered the New Double Bacon BBQ Burger and it was Absolutely Delicious!

We've been to Freddy's a number of times and the experience usually varies between 4 and 5 stars. This time it was 4. The food was good as usual, but the restaurant was unusually cold and the food took longer than usual. The fries were not as hot and fresh, but the onion rings were. The burgers and patty melts were hot and fresh and are what keeps us coming back.

Sandwich was lackluster. they put a negligible amount of sauce on it, and the patty was very thin and bland.

Get the double if ordering a burger- patties are thin. Cheese curls are decent if heated in air fryer. Custard is great!
