I found the website hard to understand and after much frustration, I called our Berea shop. A nice young man tried to take the order, but with sandwich options, bread, with and without items, etc., I decided to drive only the few miles. He explained that there are 5 sub-selections and 20 sandwiches. Since it was now 10:30, I decided to place the order for the next day, as several hours prior notice is required for catering. We wanted to pick her up and say it was 15 minutes more, so we waited in the car. I should have called. We were a little worse than 20 minutes ago, but a man brought out our order and said that tuna must be fresh daily, 2 of our 5 decisions were tuna, and he apologized. He was so nice about it, we got the $59 plate with points, and everyone enjoyed the free lunch, so I still gave 5 stars. As can be seen from our 50,000 points, we often visit this store and never had a problem.
The subs are good but they really need to do some cleaning. The soda dispenser is very dirty, the area for straws and utensils is dirty and dusty, the floors are are a filthy. I would feel better about this place If it was clean.
I have been to this Firehouse Subs on 17 in Stafford several times. The subs are always very good. The reason for the four stars vs five is because the staff often messes up the orders.

One of the worse places to order from. Do not expect your order to be made on time. I ordered a sub to get out, it was said it was ready at 12:25. I got up at 12:25 and the sub wasn't ready. No big deal like I usually have an extra 5 minutes or something. But 20 minutes later and the sub was not done yet. I had to ask where my lower part was before she finally decided to do it. Save your time and go to Jersey's Mike's or Subway.
