Cava - Fredericksburg

I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The managers were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I'll update my review once I get back home and taste the food from this location. Right now, I'm actually sitting here waiting on my online order. Update: The food was good, so I bumped up my rating. Even my picky adult child enjoyed her meal, and she usually doesn't try anything new. The portions are generous, and the specialty drinks were decent. I apologize for not including any pictures; I was a bit annoyed initially when they couldn't find my order, but everything turned out well in the end.

I was charged for extra dressing and dip, but I only received three dips, and the dressing isn't even listed on my bill. The portions were quite small, and it seems like they’re using smaller spoons than before. Additionally, the customer service felt rushed. Management really needs to address these issues, or corporate should step in. This Cava was much better when it first opened, and the manager at that time was a woman.

The food here is always amazing but this is the second time I’ve come and the staff were rude. I simply asked if the avocado that was going in my bowl was ripe and was answered with and attitude and was asked to reexplain what a RIPE avocado is like 4 or 5 times. Please do better. I literally just wanted a soft avocado in my bowl.
