Buffalo Wild Wings - Fredericksburg

This place would have gotten 2 stars if not for the superior service provided by my server, Alyssa. The food is average, at best. There was hardly any cheese or meat on my ultimate nachos and my sons boneless wings came out with more breading than sauce. I think it might be time to give up on BeeDubs. Alyssa, on the other hand, was everything you'd want in an employee dealing with customers. She was bubbly and happy and just a joy to be around.

I am a fan of B-Dubs, but on this particular instancy not so much the image they will see that my serve of frendo oh, and I have not even touched one. good bier and the spicy paprika on the burger were fantastic.

The food is good but sometimes it can be a little unseasoned and too chewy. However, the staff is welcoming and the overall atmosphere is fairly nice. This is a good place if you’re looking to sit down but still want a more-so relaxing type of place to eat (bonus if you enjoy watching sports).

Been to many Bdubs’ in my day. This one is easily the worst. First impression when you walk in, most tables were still dirty, floor had trash and debris on it. Waiter was remotely attentive but was nowhere to be found when we got our wings. We were never given silverware or napkins, even with our appetizer. Wings were not coated well, carrots were dipping wet carrot sticks that were tossed on top of the wings. Gross. Not even carrot slices like the other restaurants, but I guess #supplychaindisruptions is the answer. Overall this place has the aura of poor management. For a Friday night too, this is bad. Wings are cold too…been waiting for silverware while I type this, finally got some and they’re cold. Awesome. They’re so cold that they were served this way. 9/10 would never recommend coming here.

We've been eating at B-Dubs for a long time and during COVID we would order wings and appetizers for our home family night nearly weekly. (We even came back when they ran out of wings at 4pm on a Friday) Over the past two months (June and July 2021) the customer service has been horrible with clearly overworked and frustrated staff. The orders are always late and recently the quality is non-existent. Last night was the last straw. The 15 wings that I received were best described as chicken-jerky with virtually no meat any longer. With increasing prices has come a horrible food product in recent history.
