Buffalo Wild Wings - Fredericksburg

I dined alone at this restaurant for lunch around 12 noon. It was not crowded and very quiet. I ordered 6 boneless wings and onion rings. The restaurant and bathrooms were both very clean.

The restaurant serves extremely spicy food, but they charge for drink refills. A glass of sweet tea likely costs around $0.05 to make, yet they charge much more.

I visited this restaurant twice, but unfortunately, both times were disappointing. I am a loyal fan of the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise and have always enjoyed their food.

Manager Brandon and our waitress were amazing. They treated our large group for a 21-day celebration without problems on Saturday 5/21/22. The service was fast and simply great. Brandon said they don't take reservations, but that he would definitely put our party and he definitely did. It was simply incredible service and they earn more than 5 stars. Beading even came to check and see how it was. Thanks to Brandon and the waitress who made our party, I'm sorry she forgot her name, but you were all great.

My family and I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings at Southpoint and were lucky enough to have Kyra as our server. She was without a doubt the best server we have ever encountered in over 30 years of dining out. Kyra was incredibly friendly, personable, and enjoyable to chat with. We even asked to speak with the manager, Brandon, to commend Kyra on her exceptional service. Brandon was just as pleasant and friendly to speak with. We will definitely be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings as long as Kyra and Brandon are there to serve us.
