Tacos Carlitos - Frederick

This was our third attempt to enjoy this place but it was yet again a fail. Ordered steak burrito. Was not wrapped well. The burrito was tasteless as my husband put it. Out of two of us trying the burrito we only ate a quarter of the expensive burrito. $12. There were crunchy pieces of rice. I can only assume it was old. Chips were $7 so we did not order those. I do not recommend.Parking: Location is in a mall. So there is free parking in the mall.

I’ve been a few times over the last year and what has been consistent is that they always seem to get my order wrong. ALSO for $30 for 1 plate and a drink, the packaging is cheap. My take out order was packaged in 2 paper plates with a small piece of foil. I asked her to bag it up so I can take it to go in the car… The people working behind the counter never seem to know what the orders are, any specifics. I ordered platanos and never got them. Today I ordered a lunch pollo asada and a pina colada… $30!!! The woman almost forgot the $10 drink with the order then I had to wait 20 minutes. Taco bar is much better located near the Warehous cinemas and boscoffs.

Ordered loaded fries (california fries) specified with beef and they just gave me fries. Atleast they gave me ketchup. Also asked for them to put it in a takeaway container which they didnt. Fries are alright though, customer service could be better.

New to the area so was not aware that this venue was located inside of the mall. Called for help finding them and was hung-up on repetedly. Food was ok but the rude behavior and lack of customer service is not worthy a return visit. Plenty of other restaurants in the area to have to go thought such experience.

The food was insanely salty and not authentic whatsoever.
