Taco Bell - Frederick

The Taco Bell has recently been renovated. My husband and I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme each, while my son opted for 4 beef items. We were all satisfied with our meals and we used the drive-thru service.

My grandfather and I usually get the same thing every week or so here but yesterday we found human hair in my #13 combo by the quesadilla and granddad still eat the food then ended up sick. For the price of this food I expect cleanliness. Very disappointed. My family will not be coming here anymore.

The staff at this restaurant is very impolite. I would expect at least a minimum level of courtesy.

Only person inside waiting 15+ min for my fast food order while they all chit chat. Think they only started making it cause I started hovering around the register
