I'm thrilled that this is our local Thai restaurant, just a mile from our home. We've been ordering takeout from here for about three years, and we've always loved the food.

Has this place changed ownership recently? It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. When I arrived to pick up my take-out order, the door was locked! After waiting for someone to let me in, I was handed my order as if I was an inconvenience. To top it off, the food was only mediocre. Additionally, I was informed that they no longer accept the loyalty card, and I was just one entree away from getting half off on my next meal (after nine previous visits!). It's really disappointing.

I ordered the Drunken Noodles and fried rice. The fried rice was decent, but the noodles had a terrible smell, as if they were spoiled. The next morning, I called to voice my complaint, and the woman I spoke with responded rather dismissively, asking what I wanted to do about it. I mentioned that I would be fine with either a refund or a replacement dish. She offered a half-hearted apology. When I later returned to request a refund, a different lady convinced me to try the noodles again. Although they didn't smell spoiled this time, they were soggy and not very tasty. I ended up eating about half of it and threw away the rest. I'm definitely not planning to return to this restaurant.
