Loved the meal, especially the apple bite! service was wonderful and it is so beautiful, in the position to help the program while pampered

This restaurant is run by the students in the restaurant and culinary classes at FCC. The food is great and they do an awesome job. Reservations go quickly, so book early! They only serve parties of 2 or 4.

Absolutely wonderful meal! Everything was seasoned perfectly, each course was surprised us with the attention to detail and the serving size. This meal and service can easily fit into any high end restaurant in the area. In fact, their Rainbow Trout was BETTER than another high end restaurant that we'd been to lately! We will definitly be adding this to our dining routine going forward.

It is a win-win! culinary students can work on their skills and get community members to enjoy the fruits of this work. very recommended for a special meal.
