Black Burger - FRATTAMAGGIORE

We came from Brusciano, after seeing so many posts on ig. What to say, the experience was not entirely satisfactory for the simple fact that (in our opinion) is a place like another. Panino in the media, as good as any other sandwich of any other pub (we have eaten more good) . Posts on ig make you think “wow” but live we did not have the same reaction. This is about the sandwich. As far as the room is concerned, in my opinion it is a room too small in which too many tables have been arranged. One on each other. Every time I had to move to pass or the waiters or the other commensali. But I believe that even for a matter of emergency situation, it is not as normal as that. As for the staff, the boys were friendly and welcoming. Fast service, the only thing I didn’t like was the rush to get us out as soon as I finished. The time to go to the bathroom and my friend had already raised it and at the table there were already other people sitting. But I understand that having people waiting, they needed to replace the tables. As regards prices: Honestly. The experience has not been negative overall but not even so positive to return.

Saturday night to NOT do again. The quality of modest food, slightly high prices, but nothing important; What will not make us return to this place is the MALEDUCATION of the waiters, that at every request they sautéed, always with the phones in hand to think of other than to guard the room. When we asked the account the waitress takes it and invites us immediately to the cashier, not even the time to make two chatting between friends who return the cashier near the table, waving up the receipt saying I am waiting for you at the cash something terrible and disgusting.

Discreet pub. A charming location, a little small. A bit rude and uncompromising staff since they risked throwing dishes on my friend. While we were eating appetizers, the sandwiches arrived so as not to make us taste the dish at best. Plus, a girl wanted to take my plate while I was still eating. Pretty good sandwiches and appetizers. Service fast enough. value for money on average.

It was one of my favorite places! Quality of the flawless sandwiches, as always, but I was too sorry for yesterday, Saturday evening, from the adept to the bookings of the tables outside the premises, of an absurd scostumatezza, a complete exhaustion that chewed the rubber in the face to the customers that almost seemed to be troubled by marking the surnames for the tables. I'll be back from black burger, because I love their sandwiches, but I'll definitely do it on weekdays, hoping to never meet the woman in charge of the reservations.
