The Back Bowl Soup Company - Fraser

They have lots of different soups and sandwiches to choose from. I got the tomato and grilled cheese(gluten Free) combo and it was quite delicious. the gluten free bread wasn't the best, but at least they had it. It is a nice priced option, especially for being in the middle of ski resort.

Ever since they hired the new lady, Back Bowl has become my go-to spot for breakfast! The early risers finally have a great spot to enjoy their morning meal!

This restaurant is amazing! I discovered it listed among the top rated restaurants in the area. When we arrived, we had trouble finding it because it was located inside a gas station, which we knew meant it would be great! We both ordered the pozole and some bread, and it was one of the best pozoles I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place. The soup was especially comforting after a morning of snowmobiling.

Every time in have gone in to get something they are not open even if I go there during their posted business hours as well as other times I'm just going in for gas station type things they're not there ,they apparently don't have to run the business tomake a living

I was in Fraser for two days for work and wanted to try something local, so I searched for restaurants and found this place. It was a bit hard to locate as it's a counter inside a gas station, which made me skeptical at first, but it was surprisingly clean. I visited on Wednesday and ordered a bacon avocado burger and green chili soup. The burger was massive, served on a hoagie roll with a well-seasoned patty that covered the entire bun. It was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it three days later. The soup was also fantastic. I went back the next day to try the Philly cheesesteak and was equally impressed. The food is cooked fresh, so be prepared to wait about 10 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. I had perfect meals two days in a row and will make sure to stop by every time I'm in Fraser. Don't miss out on this place—I would have taken photos, but the food was so good that I devoured it quickly, leaving only foil and crumbs behind.
