We frequently order from this restaurant because they serve the best pizza in Langley. We usually place our orders online and then pick them up. The pizza always tastes fresh and they are very generous with their toppings. We have used Mobil Bandit to get deals and have never had any issues. The service is friendly.

If you are looking for excellent customer service, this is not the place for you! We have ordered from this pizza place multiple times because the pizza is delicious. However, the employees are consistently rude and disrespectful. We usually place our orders online and sometimes discover coupon codes that help us save money (which everyone appreciates!). Lately, we have felt guilty when using online coupons during pick-up orders, as if we were cheating the system. Tonight, they went as far as requesting us to write down the coupon code used so they could keep track of them all - shouldn't they already be aware of their own promos? In any case, today will be the last time we support Papa John's. We will find a place where we are treated with respect and appreciation, even if it means spending a little more on our pizza.

I have ordered home delivery from this restaurant a few times and the food is always delicious. The portions are generous and the flavors are excellent. They may not be the most affordable option, but the taste is definitely worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try, you will likely become a fan like we have!!!!

If you're looking to be a valued customer, this is not the place for you! We have ordered from this pizza place numerous times because the pizza is really good. Unfortunately, the staff are rude and disrespectful. We usually order online and have come across some coupon codes that save us money (which everyone likes to do!). The past few times we've gone to pick up, we've been made to feel like we're scamming them because we've used an online coupon code. Tonight, they asked us to write down the coupon code we used so they could have a list of all of the codes....shouldn't they be aware of the offers that their company provides?!? Anyway, tonight was the last time we will be giving Papa John's any of our business. We'll go somewhere where we treated respectfully and are appreciated customers, even if we have to spend a few more dollars on our pizza.
