Trattoria Piave - FRASCATI

I am looking for the presentation of my food to create a part of the experience. I expected better for my appetizer of prosciutto with melon. very thin pieces of melone and prosciutto simply placed. mixed salat was green with a super tomato, but nothing. the waiter seemed reluctant to leave the spray oil, and they had only white vinegar instead of the traditional dark balsamika. the spaghetti- alla amatriciano was very tasty. very good espresso at the end.

After having been waiting in another restaurant for 1 hour and a half without being served, we left the place and went to Piave where we've been taken care in 5 minutes. Kind waiters and tasty local food. Not so cheap but good value for...money. It is worth a visit!

La calda accoglienza della bella signora Gaetana e l'ottimo cibo sono un'istituzione in frascati e un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Un bel posto in famiglia. Gaetana, il proprietario è bello e racconta le storie di famiglia. abbiamo mangiato bene ma il vino deve essere castelli. Giuseppe, un cliente catcher, era carino come il cameriere appena assunto. Suggeriamo cambiamenti sulle patate al forno e, come già detto, sul vino. Gaetana, l'avrei portata a casa. molto consigliato.
