Definitely one of the best ovens in the castles; the pizza is truly something incredible, always well seasoned and never dry. Maybe the price is a little above average but if you know how to choose it's a nice oven

In a country like Frascati where the ovens continue to be present and to work in a traditional way the Holm Street Baker remains for me one of the best and in absolute mark it for the best white pizza! Good of course all the rest from salt to dessert.
