Excellent! Well worth it. Great food, great service, great atmosphere!

12/04/2016: Take a look at that delicious food! There are no words to fully describe it. Everything was cooked to perfection and incredibly tasty. The meal consisted of five courses, and for each course, you could choose from 4 to 6 options. I wanted to try them all, but I particularly recommend the sous vide venison for the main course—it was absolutely divine. The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, providing information about each dish as they served it. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend that you try it before you miss out. I know I won’t forget it, as I'm still drooling just thinking about it! Would I go back? Definitely!

I would give this place 5 stars, but if I could give 10, I absolutely would! The food is fantastic, and the service is friendly and welcoming. It's unfortunate to see the glacier melting, but it seems like Franz has gained another attraction.

We opted for the set menu, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The dishes were a wonderful variety and all expertly prepared. However, the atmosphere felt a bit strange since the restaurant also serves as the hotel dining area, which is busy with breakfast in the mornings. The service was fine but not particularly remarkable—no one seemed overly enthusiastic. Despite this, I would return because the food was the highlight, especially the standout rack of lamb.
