Bidrage med feedbackI was apprehensive about dining at this seafood restaurant with my family for lunch, as it had received extremely negative reviews on other websites.
I had also read some bad reviews, but I don't always trust everything I read. So, we decided to go and judge for ourselves.
We are customers who pay for high-quality food and expect value for money. We expect well-cooked food, not slop. Why should we spend our hard-earned money on subpar meals? It's important to respect and cater to the locals, who are the backbone of your business. Serving frozen food and expecting high prices is not acceptable. Treat all patrons with respect and serve food that is worth paying for. It's about proving to customers why your food is worth serving. Blaming alcohol for a poor meal is a weak excuse. We will not be returning.
The owner / manager / cook is a very arrogant man he only holds a food handlers licence and an R.S.A he is not a chef ( feel free to ask )and it shows in the quality of his food and respect he has for his dinners . You can regularly see him tottering off to the Chelsea Woolworths to buy his produce for the meals he serves, (you can also check that out yourself by contacting Woolworths in Chelsea ) I truly believe the point of going out to dinner at a restaurant is too be wowed to eat something that you yourself couldn't do better , This is not what the owner / cook believes. If you want to be over charged for a pathetic meal in a terrible atmosphere with dorky music and your very average meal being cooked for you by a man who has the same credentials as myself when I was 15 working in a cafe then this is the place for you . Fortunately for Chelsea there are lots of very good cafes and restaurants that are run by people who not only professional but can also cook you a delightful meal .
The food was to die for and the staff were amazing. Thank you for making my birthday dinner a night to remember. Highly recommend!
