Hardee's - Franklinton

Very slow. 12 minutes to get through the drive thru. had to go in to get the dipping sauce they forgot. typical of this location in franklinton. chicken strips are always good.

I stopped by Hardee's on my way home from work today.Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got my meal the food was cold.and the hotdog bun was hard. The employee was rude and didn't even apologize for the long wait.

Terrible experience. We saw a worker walk out with a milkshake and then we got to the speaker and saw muiltiple cars drive off . We sat at the speaker for 5 mins and nothing was said to us . We then pulled up to the window to order only to be ignored and them take the next persons order behind us . He then said he wasn’t at the speaker because he was being fussed at by a costumer and this was the manager . He then proceeded to say he wasn’t supposed to take our order at the window but he would do it this time . We then ordered our food just for him to say they were out of milkshakes after we just saw a worker leave with one minutes before . Then the manager just stood at the window texting while our food sat there . They need new management

Eh, I get it's fast food but the restaurant was pretty gross inside. Their chicken tenders are always good but after seeing the inside last week I probably won't g9 back.

I stopped because I was really busy at work had one person in front of me and took I know 30 mins for two double cheese burgers. The guy working in the back looked high and kept standing there looking around like he was lost. Never stopping again.
