Starbucks - Franklin Square

It might just be me, but it seems that the service really depends on the barista at the register. At the Starbucks locations I usually go to, when you order brewed coffee, the person at the register gets it for you. However, at this particular place, there's a lady who often tells me to go to the end of the bar to find it myself. Sometimes she seems preoccupied with other customers or even disappears to the back for a while. After waiting five to ten minutes, she eventually comes back, gets the brewed coffee, and places it at the end of the bar. This is why I prefer visiting the Starbucks on Hempstead Turnpike or going to Target instead. And as for Starbucks stock, if you have it, I suggest selling—it’s quite disappointing.

This Starbucks is quite good overall. However, even on quieter days, the wait to receive your order can be quite lengthy. Still, I would recommend it.

The cashier was incredibly friendly. Since I don't visit Starbucks often, I went in to buy two drinks for my child's teachers. She was fantastic, and I just wish I could remember her name.

I bought a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was completely disgusting. They didn't put any ribbon crunch and the drink tasted sour. When I asked them to remake it she gave me a big attitude and sighed and then it took her 20 minutes to make it.

I went in to get my birthday drink and for some reason I was having a hard time on my app. Both Sal and santina, provided me with excellent service. The level of help given was outstanding. I appreciated the wonderful customer service provided by these two individuals. The wait time was swift and my order was fresh and enjoyable to the last drop! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
