Wendy's - Franklin Park

Good service! the bank was very pleasant and patient.

Mannheim street franklin park, il location lady in register was not very friendly (maybe it was the language barrier because she did not speak English very well.) we have calculated more than the price in the menu. we pointed out, and they said the price must have changed. customer service was less than desirable.

I came here today the service was amazing, elizabeth I hope I got her name right I was here at 5:25 o'clock and she was on the drive thru. omg she was super polite, amazing, humble, always had a smile on her face, thanks to you sooo much elizabeth! I always forget everything and she asked me if I needed other things, of course, if it was for them I would forget it! Today I had a bad day and thanks to her it became better! She is simply amazing that I cannot describe the great mood she projected!? so great!

The food here was horrendous. It tasted horrible! I can't even explain or put into words or even explain just how terrible it was. I just know that I would never recommend this place and that I will, most certainly, not be coming back!

Service was great but I ordered a cheese and bacon potato and took it to work to eat on lunch and as I'm warming it up and begins to cut it I see hair in it ?yes 3 small pieces of hair.....so it definitely ruined my lunch and I had to find something else to eat in like 15 minutes .... extremely unhappy,I was there at approximately 3:10-3:20 pm drive thru. ......
