They make good food, but they close a bit too early. That said, it said they close at 9:30 on their website, but they won’t answer the phone at 9:15 I’ve found. Anyhow, generally speaking, they don’t disappoint.

I have been living in the area since 2017 and tonight was the first time we tried the restaurant. We loved the house special soup and the 2 dishes we had. The food was fresh, vegetables were not soggy, flavors were very tasty. We will definitely go back.

Driving home late from work, I decided to be adventurous and go for the steamed pork dumplings with an egg roll and beef with broccoli. Service was very courteous and price was not expensive. Full disclosure: I am a dumpling snob, having eaten dumplings in the most well regarded restaurants in Chinatown and Flushing. These dumplings were very tasty with regard to the pork mixture inside, very good consistency and a substantial quantity of meat. The dough was even the right thickness. The issue was that there were no folds on the dough, no artistry to the preparation. The egg roll was as standard as they come. The beef with broccoli was also as expected. I felt satiated and recognized this food would be my standard fare had I stayed single.

Used to love it here, but we had problems with our last 2 orders.. 2 times ago it was very late. I get it. They are busy. This time we got there and they “never got our order” it was online and when my wife showed it to them they suddenly found it but didn’t have it made. So we had to wait a half hour for food to be made that should have been ready when we got there. No apology or offer of any kind from the restaurant. Disappointed with the service in this situation. There are ways to try to retain a customer, but they choose to do nothing.
