Wilco Fusion Grill - Franklin

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a steak burrito $17) with NO BEANS so they put extra rice… I received my burrito with nothing but rice on it and a very very small amount of steak.. so I walked up to the register and asked for the manager to ask if they could remake it and add less rice. She is gonna have the nerve to say “yes if you pay for another burrito” like why the hell would I pay for another when they can’t even make the one I asked for right… terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend bc if your food is wrong you’re stuck with it.

First time visiting. Very cool place. Nice latin music playing, which reminds me of our trips to Aruba.I got the kebabs. I thought they flavor could have been better, and the rice was a bit hard/aldente.Wife got the monkey burger. It was good.Definitely wil come back to visit.

Nashville Burger Week 2023: went to last year'swinner, Wilco Fusion, in Cool Springs. Their new Monkey Champ Burger did not disappoint! I highly recommend coming here and checking it out.

This restaurant really focuses on the food, which was absolutely fantastic, though a little on the pricey side. The staff were friendly and provided great information, offering some excellent recommendations. While the food definitely shines, the atmosphere is a bit like a café, but not overly noisy, which was pleasant. We will definitely be returning!
