Bidrage med feedbackAt this place there were flocks everywhere. when we complained that the fries were left on the theke for so long because our sandwich took so long to make, they took the fries back on the warmer and dumped them back into another order. this also happened after another customer had complained because they had made the wrong article in his order and he complained that he was standing over the pommes and talking. interesting, it took less than one minute to make the substitute sandwich for this customer, but it took over 5 minutes to get the sandwiches my party ordered. employees at this location could use customer service skills development and common courtesy skills.
Burger lacked that original wendy's hearty burger half-panel of salat, tomaten not existent. burger is missing only. I don't eat much at almost food, but wendys was the way for a decent burger. I believe wendy's just lost it. cash box was good, interiors were clean and so were the floors and the bathroom. food: 3/5
Love their spicy chicken bugs and their soße options, but wish their services a little faster! I would come and order every day, but because I am very limited at the time, I must choose other faster places to eatdietary restrictions: would like to try new salads. is it time for new salad ideas? I would often stop, but at the moment I'm kind of boring with salad options
As I stand on the counter, wait the only person in the load on a burger that takes 20 minutes. I finally got my lunch and the command was wrong. the manager screamed at the woman who took our order (mind you she was the only one who actually works at a reasonable pace. then the manager went on to complain and to speak a buzzing evil thing about the hired one after she had gone out. the coworker has not done wrong, except to mention that they should rest of them pick up the tempo a bit. never eat here again.
I’ve found hair and flies in my food on several occasions and I am not happy. The managers here are rude and refuse to take responsibility. To Chris, Patrick Rebecca you 3 are unprofessional with your attitudes and the way you handle customers. I will not be eating here again.
