The Legendary Kimbro's Pickin' Parlor

Kimbro's is about as authentic as it gets of you want to experience Nashville area music culture. Historic and non-pretentious at the same time, and the talent that comes through this place is undeniable.

My band played here last Friday and this venue is so cool. The location is fantastic and the people were so kind. Not to mention one of the best burgers I've had. The blue burger. Would absolutely go back!

Came here Sunday night after dinner, had heard about the great music. Sure enough, when we got in around 7:30 it was pretty empty but the band was going strong.... sat out back to enjoy the evening with a few other customers. It was nice and you can still enjoy the band. Soon, it started to fill up. The place really is a little local dive, that has just aged and gained charm over the years, organically... you couldn't re-create this.... it may not be for everyone, but if you enjoy good music, with a cold beer, in a very casual environment... this is for you.

What a fun time! We were in town and had to make a visit. Get a corn dog, beer, and some fry’s and enjoy the music!

Great place, to hang out when it’s not terribly busy.
