Sonic Drive-in - Franklin

Usually this place is great. But, the past two times I’ve gone there (span of 3 days). They messed up my order. I know people make accidents. But, if they are getting my order messed up on common basis it’s more than just a accident. Please read the order before you put toppings or condiments on my burger.To clarify I ordered a hamburger, and twice they’ve added mayonnaise to my order when I’ve specifically asked for NO MAYO

Great service! Accurate order. This location is in the top tier of Sonics that I’ve been to.

This sonic is great! It's busy but they work hard to get your order out as quickly as they can. The car hops are nice, too!

Normally, this place is great. However, I just left there, and will probably never be back. Ordered a corn dog, and a wacky pack(burger)The corndog, and hamburger were definitely old and stale. Also, Ordered fries with the wacky pack, and asked for no salt and was told they couldn't make them that way.Pitiful

A place to my order with the monitor speaker. I had a question about the serving sizes. The server comes out looks at the board and explains. Goes back in and gets my food in no time flat.
