Sit N' Chat Diner - Franklin

Since they new owners the food and service are terrible!.. Had delivery a few times in the beginning and each time the order was incorrect. We decided to give it another go. We went and dined in. The service was terrible, and the food was awful. We ordered off the specials me u, Chicken shrimp and broccoli scampi.. It tasted like dish water, there was defiantly something wrong. I ordered bbq chicken, the chicken wasnt cooked still pink. If I could go give it no stars I would. Dont waste your money

So this is my closest diner and across from where I get my oil changes done so I eat here every few months. The food and service is ok and prices are reasonable but they should try to fix the place up. I feel like the same glass door is busted every time I go and never fixed. I believe the 'use other door ' sign has been there for 4 years

It's now called Angelo's diner.. Ordered breakfast takeout for myself and my husband. Specifically asked for no cheese on my husband's breakfast sandwich repeated several times and the hostess said she has the information. When we picked up the food and got home there was cheese on the sandwich and I called and let them know the woman was apologetic but when my husband went there to pick it up no one talk to him they basically just said here's your food and didn't even apologize. So that's regarding their customer service. Now onto the actual taste of the food. The breakfast sandwiches were just OK.. We had also gotten an order of gluten-free french toast. And that was not good at all..it was dry and some of the strawberries were old (brown in spot). gross! Suffice to say we will never be ordering there again!

They changed the name to Angelo's Diner. It's the exact same place, they even have the same menus and taped over the sit chat logo. What made sitnchat terrible was the menu and so only the name changed, don't be fooled. Even the placemats are sit n'chat. Pretty sure they have a law suit here.

I have been coming here from time to time for a long time. The food here has always been very good. The other day I had a chicken gyro with fries and it was just fine. I have had the burger here and it was always a good decent diner burger. Their dinner specials have always been very good and you get a lot of food for the price. Service has always been very good and never really had a complaint. My only problem is that the fountain soda (diet coke) tastes like it was not mixed correctly. When that happens I just give it back and order club soda. The decor is an average somewhat outdated diner setting but it is clean. Overall, a very good diner and the prices are reasonable.
