Panera Bread - Franklin

What can we say, this place sure is Panera all right. It smells like bread and the lamps are red. Although, it has a booth we have deemed The Pumpkin Patch or just the The Patch if you 're street like us. We call it that because it has pictures of pumpkins on the walls and is especially cozy. Its on the far end of the store on the other side of the wall from the soda fountain.One of the perks about this place is that the playlist is just absolutely wild. You will hear songs here that simultaneously have millions of plays on Spotify but no one has ever heard. If you bust out Sound Hound you can walk away with some real bangers.You can tell that the lockdowns were hard as a day old bagel on this store, because the staffing never really recovered, much like most of Cool Springs. So please be patient with the staff, they are probably overwhelmed. You can actually observe that by the swirls in their eyes, not unlike the infinite spirals of a cinnamon roll, which we recommend. Our other top picks are the orange scones and the blueberry muffins.In summary, we love this place and we hope you do too.

This place has dropped the ball for every recent experience I have had whether it be ordering in-store or online for delivery. Extremely long wait times. My delivery order was cancelled over an hour after I placed it and there was no communication from the staff that 1- it was even running late and 2- that it was getting cancelled. When I tried contacting the store, it rang forever and ended up cutting the line because no one could answer the phone. I understand that the world is short staffed right now, however, communication and service still should not suffer. I am frustrated to say the least.

To go orders are always wrong/missing something. ALL. THE. TIME. Ordered a full tuna sandwich, got half a sandwich. I always order the French onion soup- it never comes with the croutons as it says on the description of the soup. We stopped ordering from here because it was always incorrect. Decided to give it another try and the above is what happened. Was hoping they would figure things out but they didn't.

It’s hard to beat a Panera. Great salads and the autumn squash soup is great!I miss the raspberry thumbprint cookies

Their menu is improving. Alot of new offerings. This is A Meeting Place! There is always a buzz of people here. But, Just can't get past the cheap tableware and serving utensils. Brings the dining experience down! Otherwise a nice place to take a break, eat, check emails etc. (Kids menu needs work! Try the Green Goddess Salad, Turkey chili, Chicken Chipotle sandwich, or Chocolate Crouissants!
