O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Franklin

Great food. A delicious 6oz Sirloin Steak ordered. Also in immaculate service our waiter was very friendly and takes care of his job.

Tonight, we had the pleasure of making Brandon wait for us. He made us feel like family, and our food was served hot while our drinks were just right. He took excellent care of all his customers. If you ever find yourself in the Franklin area, definitely ask to be seated at his tables—you won't be disappointed! @Ocharleys, you have a fantastic employee in this young man.

Moreover, neither the bartender nor any of the staff seemed to think it was out of the ordinary for these men to be shouting at the top of their lungs in the middle of the restaurant. There's no way management, or the bartender for that matter, couldn’t hear the commotion and couldn’t have asked them to lower their voices at least a little. I've dined here many times before, but after this awful experience, I can't imagine returning.

Mila was our server tonight and we ate many O? Charley's restaurants over the years and we have to say that they were the best server we've ever had, bar none. Certainly, attentive, friendly and we didn't have to ask for something, they filled our drinks before they were empty and ensured that we had everything we needed. 1. Class service and good food!

Excellent dinner and excellent service! I had the sirloin steak that was prepared great. After bringing it to the table Gerard waited to be certain it was cooked exactly how I requested. Once he was certain meals were prepared as requested he came back quickly and topped off our drinks and asked if everything tasted great. Walked by every so often to look see if everything was well. When we were nearly done he topped off our drinks even though they really didn't need it and asked if we would like dessert. Kinda tough to pass up but we held strong. Next time I am in the area and hungry, O'Charley's is where I am going.
