Went to pickup food for the wife and kid and when I got back her nachos were not as ordered. She had nearly the opposite of what she asked for in fact. So I drove 10 mins there and 10 mins back to correct the matter and the guy at the counter asked my name and looked at the receipt and repeated the incorrect order. I said that wasn't what we ordered, I saw her app when she made the online order. He seemed frustrated and just slapped the rest of the nachos together rather angerly and handed it to me. I checked the receipt in the car and it DID in fact have it listed as we had said, he just wasn't reading all of it and getting frustrated at us over that.At first I thought there was just some system issue and caused a miscommunication but he just had a bad attitude, was letting that impact his work and then getting mad at other people about it. I have no desire to return when service is like that. Mistakes happen but don't fight me about them.
The guy making my burrito was moving quickly and not paying too much attention. I get working efficiently, but when you drop 2 half scoops of meat into my double meat burrito, don't argue with me when I call you out on it. And if you're the manager watching it happen, at least offer to have it remade if you're not gonna stop your employee from making the customer feel like garbage about the whole thing.I really like Moe's, it's worlds better than Chipotle, and they actually know how to wrap a burrito, but treating the customer like they're blind is just sad.
I hadn’t been to a Moes in years. Had a bad experience, so I sought other burrito places. But we went here tonight, and oh my goodness it was great. Employees were so kind and food was fantastic.We will be back!
It was ok. The workers were very helpful and friendly but the food wasn't hot and the steak a bit dry.
