Kountry Kitchen In Frankl - Franklin

I'm usually a little hesitant to visit places like this because they generally tend to be mediocre or worse. But this place impressed me. A friend and I took a motorcycle ride from Murphy to Franklin and felt like grabbing breakfast. It was after 9am when we got there and the place was packed. Always a good sign. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, and a biscuit. Everything was REALLY good and my breakfast was served piping hot and fresh. Nothing fancy, but how fancy can bacon and eggs be? I really liked the home fries. I asked for a lightly baked biscuit and that was exactly what I got. And best of all, no cheap fake butter they serve REAL butter. I was already coffeed up when I got there, so I can't comment on their coffee. But I can comment on their service...it was excellent. Very reasonable prices, too. Again, I give this place top marks. A great find in Franklin.

This restaurant is very popular and can get very full on weekend mornings as people come in for breakfast. It's a Saturday morning tradition to meet and eat breakfast here with friends, and we've gotten to know the staff, and they us. The food has always been good, just good old American cuisine.

Great breakfast and sandwiches all day. Super fried balogna sandwich! Family owned operated and always there when Open for business.

Surprisingly very good breakfast. Bacon was cooked to perfection. Half and half that they gave us was soiled but other than that we would come back again!
