Ice Point Cafe - Franklin

I have seen some reviews in regards to a change in the business and I will say yes, it has happened but it’s still a wonderful place! It was just new staff in training. I think people forget that which is a shame. My family and I get the mango tango rolls and those are so so delicious! We’ve been coming here for ages and will continue to come here when we get the chance. We recently got them not too long ago and they tasted the exact same per usual. I always love going here. I will proceed to keep coming here as long as it is still running. The owner is so kind and remembers a face and that’s not something many businesses have; that homey-feel to it! The food was pretty good but the boba tea was bland and the tapioca wasn’t chewy (probably over cooked). I would come here again for food but not boba. Food: 3

So glad I found this place! I have lived in japan and traveled in whole asia so that I really appreciate the style of this place and my summer breeze poke dish was delicious from this world! really wide selection menu, so can not wait to be their other items like sushi, korean bulgogi, or blase tees, they were super busy and everyone in there seemed to be a regular review and they could love the orport.

Complete overpriced rip off...a large bowl would be like 30 per person just to have things that should already be included! Are you kidding me?! Go elsewhere.

I was so excited to try this place based on the strong reviews but was extremely disappointed by my to-go order. My poke bowl had tiny cubes of chewy salmon that were not particularly fresh. The crab salad in the bowl was drowning in mayo. Not a good experience. The employees seemed polite enough, so I gave an extra star for that reason.
