Gigi's Cupcakes - Franklin

I was watching Undercover Boss and thought the Gina was so loving and caring and to help those employees in need was absolutely beautiful.I wish your store in Nashville TN was still open because I wanted to visit and meet you and enjoy your cupcakes.Hope you and your mom are talking and spending time together.

This was my first time ever in Gigi’s, and unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. Upon opening the door and stepping in, I was hit by a stench that smelt like sewer, and when I asked the employee why, she said it was their grease trap. Thats definitely not the aroma of sweet vanilla and buttercream I would expect stepping into a cupcake shop. I would fully recommend closing the store until that is fixed, as my appetite was completely gone. I wanted to give you my money, but I left without a purchase because the smell was such a huge turn off, and I just couldn’t get past it. Unfortunately, the saying couldn’t be more true in this instance, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I first of all bought them and got home and thought right away they were gonna be yuck,, then when I ate the 6 pieces of my choice I once realized they were so amazing. They should've been bigger than they were.

Please don’t advertise cupcakes you don’t make anymore. It’s frustrating to drive here and be disappointed. Lousy customer service.

I placed an order for gender reveal cupcakes and only had a couple of days notice for them. They were GREAT to work with! The cupcakes were beautiful and perfect and they tasted delicious! Boxed and packaged well. They also have a nice display case of different cupcakes and I bought a few to try flavors. The employees were all friendly and helpful.
