Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The food is fantastic! The custard is absolutely delightful! I believe the service is the best in the city. I just wish they had made the place a bit larger!

Just tried Freddy's out for the first time. I definitely will be back. Hot fresh food full of flavor. Quick service and reasonably priced. Didnt try the custard this time but definitely plan to try it next visit

Went because grandson wanted a banana split which Freddy's doesn't make but was happy with hamburgers, fries and gummy worm sundae.

Freddy has great food! I love the Freddy sauce! And the service is even better! We have come since they opened and the staff is always friendly and goes beyond and beyond to be friendly. The manager, Ashley, has always come to our table to check us out and play with our little guy. And Ellen has always died to say hello and check us out. Amazing customer service that you generally do not see anymore.

My wife and I visited Freddy's in Franklin four weeks ago, and we returned again this past Saturday! The food is fresh, the staff is incredibly friendly, and even when the restaurant was busy, our service was swift and efficient. It’s evident that they are focused on competing well and excelling in areas that matter most to their customers!
