Five Guys - Franklin

It's Five Guys! They serve fantastic, high-quality burgers in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I love it. While it might be a bit pricier than some other places, the flavor definitely makes it worth it.

I’ve heard from many people that Five Guys has the best burgers, so I finally had the chance to try it out in Franklin. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a small fries. I was pleasantly surprised to find grilled onions and mushrooms on the burger—what a nice touch! The small fries were very generous, overflowing from the cup. The service was excellent; my food was served quickly and hot. The only downside was that some tables hadn’t been wiped down and the floors were a bit dirty. Overall, though, it lived up to my expectations, and I will definitely be going back!

I have been told by many people that Five Guys has the best burgers so I finally found myself in Franklin and decided to try one. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I was definitely impressed with the fact grilled onions and mushrooms come on them, that was a bonus! The small fries were extremely plentiful, and overflowed out of the cup. Service was great. Food was served fast and hot. The only negative thing I can say is that some tables were not wiped and the restaurant floors were dirty. But all in all, it met up to my expectations and I will definitely go back!

The staff seemed more focused on their phones than attending to my fiancé and me. The prices were excessive for soggy fries, they got a simple hotdog order wrong, and the double cheeseburger was served cold, with low-quality meat that was incredibly tough. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future!

They had a little bit of a line when we walked in, but food was prepared without a long wait time. The cashier was very polite and smiled. Food was delicious! We always get a large fry and share between the two of us, and believe me, it was plenty! Bacon cheeseburger all the way was ?!!!Food: 5/5
