First Watch - Franklin

Our first visit to this restaurant was complete chaos. The server was running around frantically, and at one point, one server bumped into another, causing a tray of food to fly everywhere. Surprisingly, it wasn't even that busy; I wished everyone would just take a moment to slow down and breathe. The food was quite mediocre overall. My partner ordered a dish that didn't quite meet our expectations, while I had the avocado toast with two eggs, which was decent. The blueberry pancake, however, was the standout—it was absolutely delicious. Given this experience, I don't think we'll be returning.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is definitely a spot for egg lovers. If you're looking for options that are less vegan or vegetarian (especially without eggs), this might not be the place for you. I hope they consider adding more vegan choices in the future. We tried the breakfast tacos without meat (as we requested) and the market dishes, and both were incredibly flavorful and delicious.

If they can manage to reduce the wait time, this is a fantastic place to dine. They have a large menu and excellent service! I highly recommend eating here.

The food was nice. meat and vegetables in omelett were large cut and barely cooked. pancakes were big, but not tasteful. it was all missing.

Staff all around were amazing! The kitchen crew were waving to my baby from the back! Our waitress Janet and the kitchen crew busted their tush to get us to the airport in time! Thanks for a great experience!
